3M™ Sealant SZ1000 for EV Enclosure Sealing is a two-part, cure-in-place, flame retardant, foam adhesive sealant designed for sealing EV enclosures such as battery packs in electric and hybrid vehicles. This EV sealant can be dispensed automatically and provides robust protection against ingression of moisture. It offers a resealable seal that can be opened and closed allowing for serviceability of the battery and provides good aging durability.
